Ruth is a bioengineer-turned-commercial strategist with more than 20 years at the intersection of science and market. She has built and led revenue functions for companies in biotech, lab automation, and life sciences technology, and brings that operator experience directly to Ruloras' clients. She chairs the SLAS Automated Chemistry TIG and is deeply embedded in the scientific communities her clients sell into. That insider fluency is the foundation of how Ruloras works.

Liz Phillips

Whether for a fast-growing CPG brand, a complex healthcare foundation, or a community-focused non-profit, Liz builds the operational backbone for marketing success. She thrives on bringing structure to chaos by designing the systems, processes, and digital strategies that enable teams to scale effectively. Jason Marks is a seasoned product strategy and commercialization leader with more than two decades of experience in the life sciences and biotechnology industries. He has successfully launched over 40 consumables and instrumentation products, fueling sustained double-digit revenue growth and contributing to milestones such as MaxCyte’s >400% expansion and Nasdaq listing.

Kelley Pope

Kelley brings over 12 years of customer experience expertise, including six years in the medical field spanning pharmaceuticals and oncology. She has a proven track record of delivering attentive, personalized care that drives client satisfaction and builds long-term loyalty. Her calm, patient approach and ability to connect with people on a genuine level have made her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Kelley brings a consistent standard of excellence to every interaction, ensuring clients feel supported and valued at every touchpoint.

Hanna Berning

Hanna has a strong life sciences background who transitioned from the lab into marketing, using her scientific foundation to turn complex genomics into clear, differentiated marketing strategies. Valerie Weld

Valerie brings more than 25 years of experience in the trade show and exhibit industry. She began her career in 1997 at Exhibitgroup Giltspur, coordinating account logistics and developing her reputation for flawless client service. What sets Valerie apart is her hands-on approach. She thrives on being on-site, working alongside crews and vendors to ensure every show is ready to shine. Her problem-solving skills, trusted network of partners, and passion for the trade show floor mean clients can relax knowing everything is under control.
